RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted on the condition that the product arrives damaged in such a way to render it unusable for its original intended purposes, and photos of the damage are emailed to art@mxskyphotography.com within three days of the date of delivery of the product. In that instance, a return label will be provided to the customer and a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.

In the case that only a component of the product is damaged that can be replaced, e.g., the plexiglass insert, a replacement for the component will be sent to the customer free of charge, and a return will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
